Residential Program Manager

The Residential Program Manager oversees all aspects of our residential program, ensuring that students living on campus have a safe, supportive, and enriching experience. They coordinate dormitory operations, supervise residential staff, and work closely with families to address student needs and maintain clear communication.

Residential Program Assistants & Behavior Coaches

Our Residential Program Assistants and Behavior Coaches provide daily care and support for our residential students. They help create a positive living environment by encouraging respectful behavior, assisting with homework, leading activities, and promoting healthy routines. They are dedicated to building strong relationships with students and guiding them in developing life skills and good decision-making.

Parent Engagement Coordinator

The Parent Engagement Coordinator acts as a bridge between the school, the residential program, and families. They organize outreach efforts, home visits, and family engagement events to strengthen the connection between home and school. This role ensures parents stay informed, involved, and empowered to support their child’s success in both academic and residential life.

Student Activities Coordinator

The Student Activities Coordinator plans and leads engaging activities, events, and recreational programs for residential students. They coordinate sports, cultural nights, study halls, field trips, and special events that promote social connection, healthy lifestyles, and personal growth. Their goal is to make residential life fun, safe, and enriching for every student.
